Hi, great game you have here. I'm enjoying it so far. I've made a few characters and have appreciated the catch-up mechanic. I have a ton more to explore and do.
That said, there's a few things that I think would be really easy and small things to implement that would be small but pheonomenal quality of life changes. Here's what I'd like to suggest (ps I doubt these are original but as a new player these are things I think would be really cool):
1) Let us select what pets of our own to hide (e.g. you can hide 4 or 3 but show the remainder). I'd love to have a single wolf partner following me around. Very RP'ish. Instead I either have a herd of random squirrels and penguins, or none at all. I've opted for the latter.
2) Stop making my character look at my camera if i pan in front of him. I understand there's a screenshot mode where you can turn this off, but sometimes I want to look around NOT in screenshot mode and frankly, its a lil creepy/unsettling, albeit in a small way, but it is all the same.
3) Let us hide certain weapons - I love some of the striker outfits from the pearl shop but I don't necessarily want gorilla arms. I get it, its an aesthethic, but I like a simpler, slightly more natural profile. It would be nice to hide my gardbrace.
4) Last but most certainly not least, let me for all that is holy turn off guild Alerts. It obstructs half the things im trying to do. Congrats on your DUO tuvala belt and all but holy crap the spam is so needless. This one is easily the most annoying and immersion breaking thing about the game - spam that takes up 1/4th my screen that i have no control over and floats over a window im trying to interact with. Big oof here....
Most of these are with regard to immersion, so I don't think any of them break any gameplay mechanics that I can tell?
I AM AWARE that there are things I can do that are CLOSE to what im asking for (hiding sub weapon, hiding all or no pets, yadda yadda) so no need to inform me here, unless you have a SPECIFIC solution to something I listed above. I'd really appreciate these things.
Again, these are things, as a new player, that bug me the most in terms of getting "into" the game, so perhaps devs may consider that perspective. Well, cheers. See you out there.
I made a feedback post requesting this not too long ago. Unfortunately, no results. Hopefully, it's just in line of a long line of QoL requests to be done.
+1 cause I want this too
