Solution - just make a normal weapon, like for archer, deadeye,  add dande, bs, soverign sol, let us enhance sol weapon and 0 problems with tags. It is the most  easist solution without invention a new bicycle. Come on, you ignore us for so many years, fix the obvious and very easy problem.

The artina sol thingy is made that way on purpose they even explained it at some point.

The unique idea of Shai being able to play music and therefore having a special weapon has been overruled by adding dances for everyone and the ability of using instruments on every class, the same goes for her "unique" passives for alchemy and gathering life skilling, as life skilling became family wide.

Shai has no unique features anymore except the disadvantage of always needing an extra more than every other class. An extra flame for "Sovereign" awakening, an extra Garmoth Heart, an extra enhancement of the Sol in the first place. It is sad to see that PA still refuses to transform Shai into an Ascention class and just let her function normally!

Don't see a problem with making things more accessible for players by making her an ascension class. I personally believe that if we as players start voting for restrictive gameplay elements just because we don't play that class, then we're just giving PA a free-pass to also one day come knocking on our class' door and make life harder on us unnecessarily, not easier.

They should take responsibility for the mess they've made over these years by bending everything 180 from the original design: rebuild the class, make succession available for those who want to use shai as a real class, and have awakening to keep her "talent" for being a buff-bot, if that strikes players' fancy.

Since life skilling is family wide, and exp means nothing anymore, get rid of the "life-buffs" she has.

Get Shai out of the limbo you made for her, PA.
