[Tamer] let us summon Heilang/Heuklang more easily

Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): Re-Summoning Heilang after every death is taking too much time. It needs to be faster.
Details: In certain situations Tamer has to take a second to summon Heilang, before she can jump into a fight. This is the case in Party Black Shrine bosses after reviving, when being killed by another player, or at the beginning of Solo Black Shrine bosses (the boss doesn't wait for you). But also when Heilang poofs because he touched water, like in the fight against Dark Bonghwang.

In Black Desert Mobile Tamer is capable of summoning Heilang by using her attack skills. I think that would also be rather good for the normal game. It could be so that only a select few attack skills have the "Summon Heilang" mechanic added to them (like Howling/Roaring for example).
