If it doesn't, try to run your downloaded launcher.

Install Guide

1 Run BlackDesert_Installer_NAEU.exe to install the Black Desert launcher.

2 Start the game once installation is complete.

Blue clad youth test: stuck and cannot complete with Shai.

Shai attacks can't hit both blue orbs simultaniously. Stuck and cannot finish main questline. I wish there was a youtube video showing how.

Well I done it on shai. Also you don't need to hit it at exactly same time.
