Fishing Totem overhaul

Fishing totems are completely useless now. Can we:
1. Make a slot on EVERY boat to use a fishing totem.
2. Make it so you don't have to actually keep the fish for the totem to gain exp.
3. Remove the downgrade chance.
4. Overhaul the abysmal enhancement chance.
5. Change the stats on the totem from ship buffs to fishing buffs (exp, mastery).

5. Boat buffs are good, I'd say not change, but add fishing buffs

I was thinking that, but they're not gonna give us those stats for a carrack lol
