[Fairy] Theiah Orb/Laila's Petal Rework

Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): When using Theiah Orbs to reroll a skill give us the option to either keep the old or learn the new skill, and let us turn Laila's Petals into Theiah Orbs (e.g. 150 petals for 1 orb). The cost of rolling a "perfect" fairy is extremely high, especially since the addition of level 50 fairies. It's about time we can roll with ingame resources, even if it takes a long time.

150 petals per orb is far too much.
25-50 is probably a more reasonable number. Outfits are 3400. 13.6 Theia Orbs per outfit (250*13.6). Orbs should have a value of 160m each at that conversion rate. Lets say 200m max price each.
I think I average maybe 2-3 per hour at Highlands. That would be 300 hours to roll once for a level 50 fairy.

Great Idea, some days ago I also made a suggestion about different ways to improve the Fairy System, including exchangeable petals. I did not get the idea to keep the rerolled skill though, cause I was just so frustrated about optaining the petals.
The fairy system is not very f2p friendly and there are several threads that show this frustration, it really needs a change.
