Issue:

Currently, there is only one slider in the game settings that controls the opacity of all effects in the game. This means that for content like black shrine and end-game monster zones where many of the mechanics rely on some type of special effect, you need to have Effect Opacity set to maximum. Except that for characters like Dosa, Maegu, and Woosa (among others), high opacity also means you are blinded by a clusterf*** of particles all over your screen, which obstruct the visibility of special mechanics, and red circles that must be avoided.

In summary:
High Effect Opacity - Bad for characters with large AOE skills, especially magic users, because they obstruct the visibility of special effects for monster mechanics, as well as red-circles for incoming attacks.

Low Effect Opacity - If you play any of the aforementioned characters, lowering the opacity also lowers the visibility of monster attacks, and special mechanics (such as the barrier around the golden pig king/ oduksini/ apex changui, the flames on the ground after golden pig king's attack , the altars with purple flame in Oduksini's arena etc.)

Proposed solution:

Separate out the "Effect Opacity" setting into 3 separate settings as follows:

- NPC effect opacity - Adjusts the effect opacity of monster skills and game mechanics.

- Player character effect opacity - Adjusts the opacity of your own character's skills.

- Other players effect opacity - Adjusts the opacity of other players' skills

(In PVP situations, I may want to turn down the opacity of my own skills so that I can actually see my opponents, but that doesn't mean I want to turn down the opacity of my opponents' skills and get hit by invisible attacks)
