The flying mount is a cool idea, but the controls don't feel very good yet. I would try and make it flow better.

-let the mount land on the ground if holding q and walk around.

-adjust the camera angles to be set behind your character more during movement. I dont need it to zoom in when navigating automatically.

More control would be great that being said it's a test to see if we even want it in the game they are looking at player feedback or so I assume. I pray to God this isn't a top 1% of players mount and everyone else just gets screwed.

Limiting flight to specific groups of people will not work. It will not work in AOC either  no matter how much they think just a governor  having flying is a good idea it's not.
