Just came back to the game. I like the flying. It's nice.
Just don't make it PvP, please!
If a permanent flying dragon cost all 3 T10 horses - ok ^^
Would be fine for lifeskill, central- and horse market ;-)
And if this dragon can wear gear like horses - a kragdalos dragon gear which combines all 3 buffs from actual sets - would be fine too ;-)
So ppl have many things to do this year - why not ? ^^
3 t10 Horeses = 1 Dragon...eh I hope it's not a bit like that, I don't know if I'll have another life available to wait so long to have the dragon, but yes, put the dragon permanently for everyone....and possibly that it's not a torture to acquire it. :)

in my opinion it needs to to a new in guild PVE system with rewards at the end everyone gets thier own mount. it can take like 3 months to complete or something to have a grind to it but flying should not be locked behind PVP in top 1% of guilds. in general the PVP version can breath fire and be much bigger for all I care but the one we tested a wyvern that just flies should just be achievable by everyone in some sort of guild based system.

NO a more rare looking version can have RNG to it but base flight no absolutely not
The dragon mount is a nifty idea, but I think it's poorly implemented. It doesn't smoothly transition between altitudes and errors a lot. It often stops, especially when you're climbing up mountains to adjust for a new ceiling height. This mount cemented my belief that the PvP version is even more of a gimmick not worth going/ fighting for.
If anything, I want them to fix the altitude changes to be made smoother and give this to the possible three-in-one horse mount and give it the ability to fly. Not glide - FLY.
OMG, YES PLEASE!
The first week did not feel that good, and I don't know if I am blind, but I did not see the instant accel option there.
Now that I did, I love it!
I don't know if it's me or feels much smoother this week.
Please, PA, make this dragon permanent! <3

While the dragon has its issues, I still think he's much better this week and I am sure they could improve it further.
Not this being said, I would not oppose to the idea of getting a 3 in 1 horse that can actually FLY!
I really enjoyed the Duskwing dragon mount addition to Black Desert and really hope they will let the mount be available to everyone, not just a pvp arena mount or guild-created mount. I personally don't have enough people online in my old guild that I am leader of to create a guild mount. I also have not played Arena much, though I love BDO's combat mechanics. Flying around made acquiring some missing knowledge in difficult terrain a lot more enjoyable. I love the acceleration ability for a speed boost along with the ascend and descend controls. I still love my dream/mystical horses and ships as well since the dragon has a spawn cooldown and cannot traverse the sea without losing health over time. I was able to nearly fly to Oquilla Island from Velia, though, which was fun. After resummoning Duskwing, I was able to continue flying around the smaller islands, exploring the world with an aerial view of the terrain. I also obtained missing knowledge on the islands outside of the Land of Morning Light and am grateful for the ability to desend and drop down without having to climb the steep slopes. I am really sad the mount expires after 14 days of such a thrilling experience and feel BDO will not be the same until it returns again in a more permanent feature.
