Suggesting to do something with the titles gathered from fishing rare prize fishes (Migaloo,Blob fish, Pink Dolphin, etc.)

This is going to be like a Merchant ring version but for fishing. Gather ALL the titles from every single rare prize fish in the game and you get an exclusive colored title, a red grade fishing rod and red grade float that can be enhanced but cannot be sold in the market. Maybe the red grade fishing rod can only get a maximum of 2 fishes so that grandpa cron rod and triple float rods still are the superior fishing rod.

This also would MAYBE aleviate low/exhausted resources on popular fishing spots like Hakoven island because people that already caught a Migaloo would seek other spots for other rare prize fish titles.

I know people will complain because what about other life skill? Well that's a disucssion for another time and different topic, I'm only suggesting for fishing.

sure, all prize fish plus God of Fishing then you can have your special title :D
