Shai has been omitted from the event again, in the loyalty store there is now the option to get the Shudad Black set with loyalties, all... except Shai's (curious that she is always omitted in these types of events).

To top it all off, the set even exists for the class, but has been omitted.

It is the only class that has not yet received a Karlstein set and now this. It seems even ridiculous to say it but... it is beginning to be clear that there is something against this class.

Sol, Sol is the reason Shai can not open premium outfits. it has always been this way.

same reason the class got f'ed over for Sov and tags.

If the class has a Shudad Black set, even if it's in a classic box, it's as simple as adding it to the loyalty list rather than allowing an entire class to sit out the event.
On multiple occasions it has been suggested to add an extra item, be it the value of the item in cron stones, or others, for the Shai. But on each of the occasions in which this has happened, it has been decided to leave it out.

or just give Sol a skin that has no new look to fill the slot, it would benifit from the 10% dura resistance every other class gets from the slot and it dosnt even need to have a look to it. then PA can sell Premium Shai outfits for extra pearls with no work needed besides a icon with a tooltip. it is a win win

That is a genius idea.  That way PA gets money for nothing: something they've been shooting for all this time.

Do it, PA!  It's better than excluding Shai for such a silly reason.

i dont understand WHY shai is being singled out when technically they do have an awakening "weapon" this to me just feels like the devs saying Eff you to shais existance, thats weird, sad

On the flipside of that coin, Shai also has various costumes that other classes dont. Shai even has one that changes the color of skill effects.
