I got my brother into playing BDO and when he was working on his journals to get AP/DP, he had to kill kutum. Do you have any idea how difficult it is to find people killing this thing!! It was a normal version as well. Between myself and him, it took us prolly 20 mintues to kill, spamming server chat begging for people to come help so he can progress in his journals. He had fun for maybe the first 5 minutes, then it got boring real fast. These are the new players you need to be attracting to keep your game thriving.
Make old world bosses scale vs number of nearby players (HP needs to drastically be reduced)
There is no need for them to spawn across every single server. I gurantee kutum would be killed insta if he was only available on a few servers, then you know people will be there.
Give us a reason to go there!! Their loot tables need to be improved so badly
World boss HP is shared across all servers.
World boss reward improvements would be nice. Apart from that, fortunetely world bosses give loot on despawn also (including loot needed to complete adventure journal). The recent event where all the bosses were spicy (with higher loot) but with much lower HP [crystal of fate event], was very popular and the bosses died super fast during said event. PA should revisit this idea.

They should make these changes simply permanent, with a boost to aura/goldbars.
