Here's ideas that would add so much life back into the game and bring back the pvp scene in the process as well as just give people stuff to do  with a purpose.

1. Gearing:

Introduce more AP DP brackets to our current gear progression or just give more AP per gear upgrades across the kharazad, soverign end game we are in. Each enhancement should open up more content in the game aka move people around different grindzones and not trap them at honglim because its the only spot with essence.

that's how you make people want to progress along with pvp for those that are interested.

This also means we need to shift the stale DR meta back to something with more damage  somehow.

2.  New Queueable modes

Scrap Hardcore servers they are not good people are just doing the mode to get the daily money and leave that's how bad it is. People don't want to grind mobs for gear that has no value in the actual game.

Add :

BDO equivalent to ESO cyrodil 

This is a 3 faction never ending war guilds can decide who they side with and its basically an always fighting open world to play in with things you would experience in nodewars but not an actual replacement to them. Since your not capuring nodes.

Shadow arena returned in all its glory 

Add new classes to it over time keep iterating on what makes it special.

Altar of blood  

This needs to be some type of daily or weekly way to get crons lessen the grind a bit while giving people something fun to do with a group.

every single dungeons new grind zones are 5 man group spots

Each grind zone is different ap dp requirements from entry players to gear capped players

Return node wars back to what it was years ago and let the community manage it because the devs clearly don't know what is best and the numbers prove that.

5. Open world system changes

I personally would remove  flagging up and the karma system in the normal world at this point since with all these changes there are outlets for pvp that are not annoying newer or returning players just trying to get gear.

As a replacement I would allow guilds to set thier lables.

If a guild is labeled a pvp guild they are opting in to being declared on. Aka 1 sided declares are a thing!

A pvp guild can remove thier tag whenever they want  but this is managed by the guild leader making it more of a guild as a whole choice to keep pvp on or not.

But there will be a time window of being allowed to participate in nodewars / siege based on when it's been turned on / off. 

This will allow Open world pvp to be opt in by the guilds and allow the fights from the old version of the game to be possible while also leaving the players that don't want it out of the system.

6. Wrapping up:

Bdo has had potential for years to be better then what it is I think the devs have made some very wierd decisions but have shown hints of a better game with things like boss rush and the 5 man group bosses

those are great additions to the game just need more reasons to do them outside of silver like some cool shiny weapon skin or maybe a rare drop mount etc. The endgame is not gear to most players in mmos the end game is showing off things no one else has or thing you had to work hard to get.

But the pvp scene has been completely gutted the only pvp scene I see now is  red players who don't want to actually pvp they want to outnumber gank you because they have nothing better to do. To me that's not pvp  and if we want to bring back open world pvp in a opt in fun way for the actual pvp guilds  this is how you do it.

PA please listen to us players

and make the game good again because your currently not listening and  the playerbase is dwindling.

These changes would definitely give more of a reason to actively play this game instead of just afk fish.

The last 1.5 year game is so dead as it never was, everything started when they deleted 1 side wars. I think  everyone is already gave up and playing other games, bdo is only like mobile game > log in for daily rewards and afk fishing.

The last thing I enjoyed last time was AoS ( excluding stupid matchmaking of course, where enemies have 3-5 grabs and we have 0 ).  But it is closed today,  practice mode is not fun. Hard core server is absolute failure, gear progression is pointless, arsha server is pointless, life skill were not updated for ages, still the same life skills from 2018 when I started to play.  The only content I have today  - weekly party bosses and sangoon.

Outside of grind zones and node wars everything would be something you could queue for or enter alone in cyrodil copy's case.

They already have a queue system for dungeons in the game and a group finder I see people sometimes using the group finder to get thier weekly bosses done but dungeon queues are normally pretty dead cause the rewards or reason to do it lack.

Ideally is to re-work the game meaning, 8-14h grinding per day is not a game, leaving 24/7 at afk fishing or horse training is not a game, locking players behind RNG its just bad. I just loved the ideea on world of warcraft, better gear drops by luck, it drop ok and if not then try again but here you got new items with huge costs and low chance to success.

As I said before, if they want to somehow attract new players around then they need to make them actually not only to play the game but the path to be smooth and understandable, yet they encounter the magnificient enhancing and when they discover how easely failing even at 80% chance, don't expect a good feedback or that player will keep going, nope.

Most of new players comes from different mmo's where either you get items dropped from mobs or the base equipment can be enhanced 100% with specific mats, but here besides the mats you have rng percent that for higher grade or upgrades requires much more mats and have significant lower chance to success but with high chance to downgrade, from start its a bad thing. Gambling its exactly the same as in real life, some will win while alot will loose everything, its a game but think about the time you already invested or needs to be invested.

There are more but those are the few reasons of why this game fails and little by little keeps failing, if I'm wrong then please correct me but thats the truth, players quitting or no new joiners = player base shrinking

Ofcourse there are many other good aspects of the game and thats why people giving every day feedback, or atleast whoever cares but this needs to be addressed directly on korea not here.

The games always been long term progression with a rng gear curve and downgrading. But  now it's pretty much been  required to cron and they did add a pity system even though pity prob is still way to high for my liking.

People were more tolerant of the rng system because you had things to do and strive for in the game now there's not much to really strive for unless your a new player. Old players even returning are not getting new AP brackets with thier upgrades thier not changing grind zones or opening up  new contents

309 AP 401 DP your done you beat the game there's no real reason to go past this and that's been the issue for months.

Unless you really want to do uncapped  but the balance is terrible same with the meta so there's no point to push this.

Couple that with the devs basically killing off the pvp scene  and you can see why the numbers are dwindling.

I do agree with you I would prefer what other mmo gearing systems do which is full reset each expansion give people new end goals to hit and fresh grind experience. It also let's more players be apart of all the content. Over the years playing ffxiv I have grown to prefer it.

Nah thx i play this game exactly cus i dont want to interact with ppl that much. I dont need more party grind spots, its a f*cking brainrot to get ppl to even do hc bosses or d2 oluns. Let me grind alone peacefully thx.

What i have I stated that effects your solo self in anyway? You can still play solo and its not like this stuff is mandatory. There's also a queue up when your OK with grouping. 

This is a mmo massively multiplayer is in the name we have soooooo much solo content it's insane it's time to add more group stuff to do !
