I went to research new names and most of if not all names I tried were Lvl. 1 characters. Has to be some way to track dormant accounts? People that pop in and play for a week try alot of characters and leave the game. Some what silly the names that are created now day`s. They really are not names just letters thrown together.

You missed the days of characters with names like IIIllllIlllIllIIIll and spamming a hack that one shot everyone coming out of Heidel and Calpheon ( because they could fast travel )
