Suggestions/Comments: Hard Core Server - main issues that should be solved asap.
1. Allow all classes, except shai. ( Shai cant kill people anyway and people will use her in teams against other people ). The current season is only for warrior and zerk and only for people who main these classes, they just melt everything on their road, it is not fun. Sorcs are cooked, you can easy run away from them. Rangers I really didn't see a lot of them. I doubt they can catch warrior or zerk.
2. Stack items in 1 slot. Just make a box for each slot. Main weapon box, awk, offhand, armor, helmet, shoes, gloves, neck, belt, earring, ring. It is very annoying to have a full inventory of boxes. Just make 1 slot for each part.
3. Remove save zones, people abuse them, this is hard core. So, what do I suggest here? We have safe zones where we start, this is okay. But if we leave this zone and decide to back again, then we can not leave this safe zone for the next 10 minutes. So people will not abuse them. On HC server you actually need safe zone, to start the game and finish the game to collect points. Also after the death. So since you left save zone, you should fight to the death or if you want back and collect points.
3. Make daily reset for HC, not 23h cd. One day I have time to play in the morning, another day in the evening, so I just lose some days.
4. Shadow zone that appears on players can touch save zones, solve this issue.
5. Classes who don't have good movement skills are cooked, like sorc. Instead of a random shadow zone on people, I would suggest doing Shadow zone on each location, like nagas, fogans, crescent, pila ku, etc. Normal and furious are different zone, ofcourse. So let's say 10 or more people grind in the same zone, then shadow zone appears and decreases in size to the center, if you stay in the shadow zone, you lose your hp and die. So you must go to the center and fight with people. And only 1 person will survive in the end, after that shadow zone will disappear, let's say for the next 20 minutes or even more time, if less than 10 people grind in that zone. Also, it will bring more PVP, because you have to play a run simulator for PVP today, it is not fun.
6. We already see situations, when 2-3 people play as team and we don't see any shadow zone, you literally have run away or fight 1 vs 2 or 3 people. I would suggest adding a judge, let`s say some GM will look at HC server, and if some people play as team, people will tell that in char, then GM would pay attention on them and after confirmation apply a penalty for HC. For example, first time they will lose 50% points, 2nd time they will have 0 gear and 0 points, 3rd time, restriction to play HC for some time. This is supposed to be solo HC game mode, otherwise add HC for parties, idk =))) But people already started to abuse it and will do it even more.
EDIT: Another huge problem, that actually is number 1. Gear progression. It takes ages to grind gear and if you are not carried enough in the first day, you can do nothing later. If you have full blue gear, you need to grind a new zone for yellow gear, but people who already got yellow gear will not allow you to grind that zone and you can't kill them either, so closed circle =))) Also, if you die a single time, you will never be able to grind in that zone, because you lose yellow gear and cannot kill people in full yellow with your blue/yellow parts.
For the last week, I have had full blue and only 3 yellow parts + 1 accessory. When some people already had full yellow on a few accounts. How does it work at all? I grinded the same zones furious pila ku and gahaz, and I had 0 yellow drop for 1.5h grinding, when they could have 4-6 yellows. Also I had yellow weapon, so I grinded pretty much fast. My best 1.5h session was 1 yellow armor and 1 yellow accessory. As a result, for 1 week I only got 1 yellow weapon, 2 armors, 2 accessories.
For example, what happened with me a few days ago. I had only 1 yellow weapon and 1 armor and 3k+ points. I got daily quest for gahaz normal mobs. I even don't talk about that I play for zerk first time, when some people main this class for 8 years. But when I came to do my daily, I just couldn't, because main zerk with 10k points was chasing me, he was full yellow, there is no any chance to have pvp against him. Also he played with some friends, because there were people 4-10k points and he didn't touch them, he was only chasing me. Also another group of people were on pila ku, it was the 2nd team and they didn't let me grind there. So I had 2 options here. 1 - wait when their time gone or 2 - die to mobs below 2k points so they couldn't kill me on normal mobs. ( actually even to 1k points, because you get points from grinding pretty fast ). So I waited 1.5h, because he was chasing me over all desert, he even didn't grind, he just wanted to kill me, because I was easy target with full blue vs his full yellow. It is an absurd, so if that man has 10k points, he can kill anyone with 2k+ points. To do daily on normal gahaz I need to have 3k+ points. But to have pvp against full yellow I already need to have full yellow on this spot. I still didn't see furious nagas drop yellow parts, when even on furuios gahaz I had 0 yellow drop for 1.5h =))) so as I said it's closed circle. You can do nothing, you just can't play, you can only die to mobs and go do some daily on nagas. So this is pve content with hard core rng, you have nothing for PVP, you can't pvp against people with higher gear and to have pvp with them, you need to get better gear, but they will not allow you to get this gear. I just refuse to understand this. It is just terrible.

Shais are either easy kills, or humiliation for you.
Perhaps the latter is what you fear since you can't party anyway!

Afaik your only justification was they can't fight anyway (not your problem) and you're concerned about teaming (unofficially, and buffs wouldn't apply regardless).

Great. then rotate only 4 classes and leave all HC problems we have. I see, that`s what you need.
Cmon, add shais but let them join up as pocket shais (one option) or pirate shais.
Pocket shais attach themselves to a player, buff them, etc. They get dragged along wherever their chosen player grinds & share loot/points with them.
If you kill a player you get their pocket shai as a drop. The shai can forfeit half the points they ground with you to sever the tie and go off on their own, either as a pirate shai or in search of a new host friend.} You can release your shai for 0 point cost.
(Pirate shais are just like other classes, they run around farming and killing people.)

Again, you can't shai buff others outside a party so it's mute point (and teaming is cheating anyway).
How weak they are makes no difference to you.

You forgot one add mana pots and max attack speed to the damn mode people don't want to play a class always out of resource to do damage and combo reliant classes need attack speed to even be relevant ffs
