Specifically in relation to blue gear for boats. I understand the reason its so costly to do the force enhance, but that was before Agris Essence existed. Take note of the following:

I added the calculator in so you could easily see what I'm talking about here. To force enhance, it would cost me 16,000 tidal black stones - or 160,000 crow coins. Alternatively, I could RNG it for 50 per attempt. 25 attempts later plus the 1 when I hit 25 out of 25 is 1300 Tidal Black Stones -  or 13000 Tidal. The cost to force it by Agris Essence instead of the actual force enhance button is 8.125% the cost of the force enhance button and gets you the same results. Furthermore, this is blue gear, so 1 memory fragment is 2 durability regenerated. meaning it would take 125 memory fragments to fully repair it during said 25 clicks. 160,000 coins shouldn't be the cost to save 75 memory fragments, and also no one in their right mind would spend 160,000 crow coins to force enhance blue gear with the agris essence system in place.

Suggestion to fix it: Keep the durability lost on force enhance as is(100 durability used) and lower the cost from 16,000 Tidals to 1000 Tidals. Force Enhancement should be a means to get the item quicker, with a hefty cost as a trade off since we're bypassing RNG. That said, if the cost is more than the Agris Essence cost - like it currently is, then no one will do it. The hefty cost should be close to, but not equal or surpassing that of the Agris Essence cost. People won't burn stacks otherwise, they will just spend 125 memory fragments to force this item to +10. 1000 stones is still 10000 crow coins. In the last like 3 or 4 barter refreshes I've gained like 5-7k crow coins, so it literally won't take me long to guarantee the enhancement. In fact, I plan on 0 stacking it and just going for the Agris Anvil success because that's a guaranteed success that I don't have to waste time on vs the actual forced enhance 100% success.

This is an item that used to take people forever to get to +10, now it takes a couple weeks at most. Note: +9 was 20 agris essence and I got the success at 19/20 while going for the 20th click. The coins I needed for that I got yesterday(had 11 clicks I did today) and had 9 clicks prior to that from a few days ago. I can only imagine how many thousands of Tidals we're needed to get +9. I only noticed this 16k after I got the +9 and damn near fell out of my chair laughing my ass off at how ridiculous this cost was. lol. My suggestion is basically to lower the force enhancement to roughly 75% of what the total agris essence cost would be, albeit with the same durability cost. 

it has never made sense to force enhance boat gear. just more so now with pity.
