All the life skill armors have a bunch of DP though, you'd be such an absolute unit of a tank with all those on, and if they reworked it to make you need all those to = having one on to todays stats that's a lot more silver needed for those who just did a small handful of them instead of all of them.
idk if their system could handle or have the ability to not bug out by making certain slots no give stats at all thats listed >_>

No because DP would simply be removed. Theres no reason for it to have DP when you already have your combat gear equipped.
And if their system bugs its their problem and their job to fix it. Plus currently PvE stats already are a LOT of different mixed sources of stats.
It'd be a massive QoL to have a full lifeskill gear tab and players have been asking that several times already in this feedback section.

I'm on board with any sort of change along these lines. It's been done it with some tools, add the others and the clothes and accessories as well.

First of all - it would need to be family wide inventory - not character based, it would make no sense to be character base (you didn't say if you want it to be family-wide or character inventory).
2nd - to be honest, we need only accessories to be family-wide. That's the problem - life skillers have multiple characters for different life skills - one for sailing, other for training, other for cooking/alchemy etc and current problem is that every time I'm doing different life skill I need to move my accessories.
