She doesn't really have a use case or identity. Tamer is the least played class in the game at the moment overall, with only Awakened Tamer having any kind of use case / identity (pvp.)

Succession tamer's kit doesn't flow with itself very well and has zero reason to look at the class and say "hey I'd like to play it over a different class because x".  It doesn't fill a niche, doesn't do anything well enough to use it over something more fun, and it had its gimmicks and identity gutted years ago without improvements.

There is zero real interaction with her summon which used to be the core of her class identity.

It's also not exactly fun to play.

My personal suggestion (not the focus of this thread. This thread is just to say to rework her.):

Change the cooldowns or add an extra skill to the combo for Legendary Beasts Power + Legendary Leap (the shift space skills) to allow for an endless loop general unprotected movement

Make her summon passively summon itself when you engage in combat. The summon skill would instead be an option to disable it from being summoned.

Give her a bigger identity by adding a larger focus on joint attacks. Reduce the delays between you using your own skill and the joint attack actually doing stuff.

Add Prime: Scratch (l/r+rmb). Would have a much bigger AoE (maybe do more stuff) and would be identical to Absolution: Scratch when on CD.
Add a Prime for Heuklang's scratch which would have a Joint Effect.
Let left/right air scratch be used when using evasion.
Fix Left Air Scratch's bug making it behave differently from Right Air Scratch (Left air locks you in place)
Forward air scratch would have a larger forward aoe and maybe some more movement
Add an air variant of Upwards Claw  (back+rmb)

Add Prime for Whiplash (rmb). Cd skill with a focus on being single target / small aoe damage.
Void lightning (Q) should move you forward instead of backwards when tapped in the air. Holding it in the air would be the current behavior.
Void Lighting's Join attack should start doing stuff immediately as soon as Tamer starts doing stuff.
Buff Flow: Leap (The double jump.) Slightly more vertical distance, add more horizontal distance and it should lower your fall speed a bit.
Add a jump that can be used during or at the end of Legendary Beast's Power, giving you similar height to a perfectly executed Flow: Leap.

Add prime varients for all of Tamer's mounted skills.
Add a skill that lets tamer smoothly mount up in combat. Would have a CD longer than a minute and some kind of downside in PvP.
Then adjust the damage of the rest of the kit so it makes sense in the context of having these new skills.

Note I'm not that experienced with Succ Tamer (why would anyone play this class lol) so all these are meant as ideas to point towards the idea of making the class smoother and more fun to play rather than the specific changes being the exact right call.
