Tuvala accesories

Hello,
I am trying to enchace my Tuvala gear V, but I realised that I did not have Tuvala accesories, how can I obtain them? Can anybody help me?

It's in the description for Time-filled Black Stones:
"Can exchange for Tuvala gear and accessories with blacksmiths in Velia and other cities."
Accessories will also often drop from defeating Rift's Echo bosses. The season pass gives PEN ring at level 58, and PEN earring at level 60. And some regional quests will also give an accessory as a reward.
