Adding them to more token rewards pages or BSA is a good start.80k preorder is a clue there is an issue with supply. Its apparent the drop rate has been nerf at Gyfin upper. It shouldn't take hours to get a hand full of forest furys.

ocean tear and sunset dyed wool, logs, stones, also have preorders. are these hard to get?
no, people just lazy and want everything without effort.
forest fury drops like crazy in low level Kama zones, I've got 2 items within 10 minutes when did some quests. And within few hours I had over 10. I wanted pity pieces for pot but fury dropped much often than pity pieces.
