Option to Disable Horse Effects

Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): Please add an option to disable the effects on T10 horses.
Details: I own a T10 Arduanatt and when I use instant accel there is too much visual clutter from the particles that are produced (Snowflakes). An option for players to toggle this effect On/Off would be a nice QoL improvement whether it be personal preference or if it can improve performance in terms of FPS.

Yes please. T10 Doom fourth IA is a pain on my eyes.
