Rework outfit set bonuses. Don't make us choose between minimax or drip

Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): Rework outfit set bonuses to let us customize our apperance how we want without losing stats
Details:
Right now there are too many outfit set bonuses. We got the basic free one, the regular premium, and the swim speed one in two different flavors that I know of. Mixing and matching peices from these sets breaks set bonuses.
The reason I brought this up is because I currently want to use Dobart outfit peices on my Sage but want to have a set bonus on him too. None of the premium outfits come anywhere close to the drip the basic Dobart armor + gloves have.
I suggest reworking Outfit bonuses. I don't care about the details. Remove the oppurtunity cost from using the apperance you want to.
For example:
Ex1 - comprehensive for existing item/set compatibility but needs dev work
Change the set bonuses to be inherent to the character.
Binding an item with a set bonus to your character is enough to enable the inherent set bonus on the character.
Then, for each set bonus type, having that slot filled with any item is enough to activate the "set bonus quantity" for that slot.
In cases where set effects exclude each other, such as [Honor] vs [Premium], or potential future set effects like [Summer] vs [Therotical Winter that only exists for this example], you would have a selection menu where you choose which effect you want enabled.

In this example, this setup I have right here would be able to enable the Summer 3 effect, and I would be able to choose between the "Honor" 4 part effect and the "Outfit Slot" 7 part effect.
Ex2 - Way easier to do. Still has some cases that would annoy me.
Remove the Honor Set effect, convert the gear that have it to Outfit Slot set effect.
Move all the bonus effects the swim speed outfits have to their set effect. Change the set effect to only require a single outfit peice from the set. Make both flavors use the same set effect.
Make the individual peices of the swim sets unlistable on the CM if you care about that. Or don't. Leaving it as is would be way more fun.
