Mobility quality of life suggestion for succession sorc

Issue: Succession sorc can only safely access jump iframe after using Violation. Trying to use it any other way has a significant gap and means we can't reliably use it while fighting.
Solution: Add a similar jump iframe flow to Prime: Dark Flame.

Nt exguildie, but this forum has an anti-sorc bias because a)they have PTSD from Awakening or b)they have no idea that Succession and Awakening are different specs or c)are getting bullied in AoS by Succ Sorcs because they are too lazy to learn the class' animations.
