Disclaimer: I'm not a veteran player and these are only my opinions

So I've been playing awakening Woosa for about a year and although the recent patch changed a lot for the better I feel as though some stuff could be addressed for pvp (specifically Arena of Solare). I wanted to outline the biggest issues I have with her kit(s). I know it's a slippery slope to want buffs on your class without making it overpowered at the same time. I absolutely love the class and she's the reason I play the game so these aren't meant to be negative, just some things I'd personally like.

Rundown of the April 17, 2025 Patch

Soul Cleanse - The 50% Critical Hit Rate Increase should be added back, or added and changed to 40% to be balanced with the new iframes (but still be higher crit than the 30% skill add on).
Netherblast and Netherstrike - The All AP +20 for 10 seconds should be moved back to Netherblast. Netherstrike is moreso used as a movement skill or to switch to Awakening than being incorporated in combos as an attack.
Seocheon Field - The speed increase to Seocheon Field was good. The flowers should explode upon disappearing, last longer, or have a bigger explosion radius - especially after introducing the new detonation mechanic from Moonlit Blast.  This is mostly because the detonation isn't useful with
iconBloomburst,  as the Sari flower explosion happens too fast unless Moonlit Blast  is instantly casted after. On top of this, the detonation should be able to be triggered from farther away (See  Netherblast  in Skill Changes).iconLife Lure  and Seocheon Field  can both be cast super far and it would be nice to be able to detonate it with one of her ranged skills, because running to their location before they explode in order to detonate them yourself doesn't make sense. Casting Seocheon Field  unguarded in close quarters in order to detonate it in pvp is unviable. 
iconMark of the Moon - The changes to this skill are great, however it is still not usable in pvp. I believe it should be Super Armor and Forward Guard (or just SA), or the Core for the stun should be implemented for pvp by default with the option to have a Core CC oniconFlow: Death's Proclamation,  so there's a reward for finishing the skill considering how long it takes to cast. 

Stamina Consumption
I feel like this is one of Woosa's biggest issues. I understand why she should consume a lot of stamina, but her movement skills are too buggy (more on this below) to warrant the amount she uses. I believe if her Awakening buff
iconLunar Serenade  had an effect to not consume stamina while active like Lahn's buff, or to consume less stamina, then her stamina consumption would make more sense. It's very easy to use her entire stamina bar within a few seconds in Arena of Solare if you evade incorrectly.
Soul Cleanse - The lateral version of this consumes a lot of stamina. Considering this is one of her attacks that switches from Pre Awakening to Awakening and it added an iframe every 5 seconds, it's very easy to have it use up all of your stamina. I don't think the skill is useful enough in pvp, especially with the 50% Critical Hit Rate buff removed to warrant still consuming 150 stamina, and there's still a window where she's unprotected after the lateral invincibility before using another skill.
iconFlitting Step - This should not consume the same amount of stamina as iconChain: Flitting Step (250);  there should be a greater consumption of stamina only if you choose to continue the skill. For example, the Chain version should still consume 250 stamina, but the normal version should only consume 150 or 200 instead of also using 250. 
iconYangban Step - The biggest problem with this skill isn't her walking forward at the end which a lot of people don't seem to like, but the Awakening dash instantly canceling the Invincibility halfway through it. At the end of the skill (if the dash is used only once and not continued into the second dash with her Soul Tome) she's invincible for a majority of the time she's walking. With the Awakening version, she has no protection anymore but is still frozen in place at the end of the skill. It consumes twice the stamina to use the second dash but it has no protection on it. If the invincibility gets removed upon using the second dash, it should be protected with super armor. This can obviously be canceled into a super armor skill but it shouldn't have to be, and even if it is, there's still a big window of her being unguarded before using a super armor skill. 
iconButterfly Step - This is a beautiful skill, but it could use some changes. For one, with both Succession and Awakening I think it needs to be sped up (especially in Succession). It seems like a fast travel skill when you use it, but in pvp it barely outruns any fast class with good movement/dashes. It doesn't recharge her stamina when it's being used, so by the time it ends those classes will have caught up to you. If all her stamina was used prior to this evasion and she's still too slow to outrun faster classes, she's left with no more evasion and lacks enough super armor skills to make up for that situation. Since her normal movement consumes a lot of stamina and her skills rely on slow casting and timed bombs, this evasion should be able to relocate her faster. I think this skill should consume 350 stamina (currently at 300) but made to be faster so it's worth the amount it takes and gives her enough distance to regain the lost stamina instead of being able to be followed easily at the same speed by faster classes, or it should at least regenerate her stamina at half the normal speed while it's being used. 

Skill Changes
I don't know how balanced it would be to change all of these, so these are obviously just things I would like to see
iconLunar Serenade - This should have an effect to not consume stamina while active, or to consume less stamina.
iconBloodsari Flower - There should be another effect added to this, such as Attack/Casting Speed Rate Increase, since Awakening Woosa does not have one on any of her skills and she already suffers from slow cast attacks. This should be a super armor skill, especially because it can't be canceled. The healing on this skill should be increased, or the sari flowers it summons should linger for 10 seconds likeSeocheon Field,  so that any teammates in the vicinity receive more healing the longer they stay in, or staying on the flowers grants a DP buff only if you're in range. This skill is unable to be cast in battle because of the lack of Super Armor, and the effects aren't good enough to warrant using unprotected without being able to cancel it. 
Soul Cleanse - As mentioned earlier, it should have the Critical Hit Rate +50% added back (or 40%), and lateral movement should consume 100 stamina instead of 150. 
iconPerilous Waltz - I think this skill should combine both parts into one long motion if you hold down ↓ + F (or Space), and the evasion distance can be decreased so that if you choose to hold it down to evade faster you don't go as far. Also, I think this skill shouldn't be activated with Space or Space should be able to be locked on it since the key combo doesn't conflict with other skills so as to not accidentally trigger a jump (I'm guilty of doing this a lot...) 
Netherblast - The All AP +20 for 10 seconds should be added back to this skill. The second part of this skill should be used to ranged detonate her Sari Flowers [Nullified during cooldown] (See  Moonlit Blast  section). 
iconNetherstrike - Attack 1 should trigger a ranged beam like iconFlow: Soul Shock  andiconFlow: River's End  (but not as far or as strong). With the CC on this skill being taken off for pvp and most of her Awakening kit being medium/long ranged, using this skill as an attack is just asking to be grabbed or having to evade after to be able to set up her skills since she lacks good Super Armor attacks and the Flow that succeeds this is the Forward Guard one. Having the skill do damage from further away lets her stay in the same range as the rest of her skills so that she can instead end her combos with closer ranged skills likeiconSahee's Descent. 
iconMark of the Moon - The stun on this skill should be kept in pvp because it makes Woosa an easy target to get behind with its long cast. Instead of having its Core add back the stun, there should be an option to add a Core CC to iconFlow: Death's Proclamation  so that casting the entire skill has a payout. The skill should also be Super Armor and Forward Guard simultaneously (or just SA) if there's no stun on it by default for pvp instead of just being Forward Guard. I don't think the speed of this skill is an issue after the recent update that addressed this, but using it currently in pvp with no CC on it makes it one less skill she's able to have unless you use up a Core slot which is better utilized on all the other options. 
iconFlow: Death's Proclamation - This should give Woosa her 6th Core slot to add back the CC on it for pvp.
iconSahee's Descent - This skill could cast slightly faster (sped up before the explosion).
iconBloomburst - If not instant casted, this skill should be Forward Guarded at the beginning while her Soul Tome is up and she's frozen in place since it can't be canceled. The Sari Flower should be slightly delayed to be able to be detonated.
iconBloom Deluge - If not instant casted, this skill should be Super Armor while Woosa is spinning as you're unable to cancel it and it's unprotected for almost 3 seconds. If Super Armor is not added to iconMark of the Moon,  this skill should be Super Armor while spinning → Forward Guard, or the 6th Core slot can be used to Forward Guard the entire skill instead of protecting it by default. 
Flow: Socheon Field, The bombs should explode upon disappearing, last longer, or have a bigger explosion radius. The explosion triggered by them disappearing can be very small and not have a CC on it but still do a little damage. This way the payout for detonating them or having someone walk on them will be greater. If these last longer, it gives you more time to be within range to detonate them because they can be cast very far, especially if you cast them far apart from eachother. This also enables you to strategically time 4 mines and detonate them altogether before the previous ones disappear.
Moonlit Blast - No change is needed for this, but Woosa should have the ability to range detonate. The damage can be decreased significantly if she detonates them from a range, or the CCs can be removed from the Sari Flowers if she does, giving more incentive to go up closer to detonate them with this skill and to not make it overpowered. 
iconButterfly Step - The fall damage nullification for this skill seems to only apply if she happens to plummet during the invincible sections. I think it should make her immune to fall damage for the entirety of the skill since the Awakening version makes her fall straight to the floor. I don't mind her falling down in the Awakening version, but I think she should remain in the air slightly longer before it happens since it makes the majority of the animation be done on the ground. It would be nice if the skill was changed to follow the camera orientation completely instead of having delays so you're less likely to get stuck on objects. The speed at which she moves should be slightly increased in Awakening and increased a lot in Succession so she's actually able to evade speedy classes instead of escaping at the same or a slower rate. 
iconSpring Blossom - The healing on this skill should be able to overlap with the healing of iconBloodsari Flower,  or it should heal a lot more as they basically do the same thing but don't stack. The animation should be sped up by a lot to match the speed oficonReinvigorate.  The current cast speed makes her a very easy target to take damage if she casts it after trying to evade classes that she can't outrun.

If anyone sees this and I got anything wrong let me know! Awakening Woosa is still great but I don't think she should have to rely on having to always switch to her Swallowtail Fan to get most of her kills in pvp (and this is a lot harder to do now with the removal of her Critical Hit Rate buff). I'd love more of her Awakening skills to be able to be used, or for her to obtain an entirely new Awakening skill since exactly half of her Awakening kit's attacks are Flow skills and Sari bombs.

Agreed woosa could be better class at least S tier if they add a cast/atack speed buff. Pls PA give us that.

About your stamina problem. I don't think you are using here mobility right if you run out of stamina.

You are probably using Yangban and Fitting Step too much while using Netherstrike, Perilous Waltz and Butterfly Step not enough.

Netherstrike is your best friend, it recovers stamina while using. If you are low on stamina try to use Netherstrike and linger it or use Moonlit Blast/Stormfall to chill out.

In the neutral game you can use Butterfly Step alot more. It helps you get into better position while wasting your opponents stamina chasing you.

Try to use 2xYangban Step or 2xYangban Step -> Netherstrike -> 2xYangban Step only for burst mobility and not to get from place A to B. It eats your stamina away.

Maybe also use Yangban Step/Netherstrike -> Tiger fly if you just want to stay protected using forward mobility.

Perilous Waltz is also really good while using barly any stamina. In alot of cases using Perilous Waltz is just as good as Fitting Step.

In PvP I see alot of Woosas making the mistake not using Netherstrike -> Perilous Waltz as SA damage and mobility. 

Awk Woosa mobility without Butterfly Step is already extremely good. Butterfly Step is the cherry on top, giving us a long range mobility skill for virtually no stamina cost. If Awk Woosa were more popular, I imagine many ppl would complain about their rediciouls good and protected mobility.

Thanks for the response! You're right I think my biggest issue has been using Flitting Step and Lateral Soul Cleanse too much while in battle instead of Perilous Waltz. I use Netherstrike and Butterfly Step a lot but haven't been incorporating Tigerfly nearly enough or Stormfall afterwards so I'll try that. The double Yangban is totally another one I'll look out for as you said because the stamina it consumes is a lot if you spam it

After class balance   succ and awk woosa is  B tier for pve and with min max gear maybe A tier in the best case. There are many classes that are much better.   Before class balance she was  A tier =)  Some classes just  got giga boost for pve.

The main problem is casting speed,  she is too slow, yeah.  With better casting speed she would be much better.  Can we get +20% attack speed like succ witch, please?

I agree I'm glad they've sped up some of her skills so hopefully they'll look at some of the other ones that lag behind still. I've tried helping some people in game want to stay with the class but they hated the cast speed (pre patch). I think a lot more people would enjoy playing her if she was a little faster since she's such a unique class

Hmmm a lot of weird stuff here some not needed ,like stamina stuff or netherstrike being ranged and swaping ap back to netherblas(which idk why people want this),  others a little bit  to big of a buff like Mark Of the Moon having both FD and SA.One thing i cna absoutely subscribe to tho is Bloodsari Flower gettign SA and we kind of need a cast speed buff at the very least a 10% and Speed up  Mark of the Moon and Sahee's Descent or stright up give us a 20% cast speed.They should probably cahnge E buff too since atm its basecelly  a 500hp buff.The thing is tho now that they are done with PvE buffs i have little to no hope they would give us a cast speed buff or speed up animation to buff our PvP becuase those would directly influence our PvE too.So rejoice we'r kind of fked for PvP for another year or so....

True I figured SA + FG on Mark of the Moon would have been too much. I hope they do change her cast speed I didn't realize how slow Sahee's Descent still was until I took off cast speed crystals. I think AP on Netherblast was just preferred cuz everyone got used to their combos with it. Maybe when it's Woosa's turn in the HC servers they'll look at her class again
