Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): Add special End-game rewards for significant/notable achievements (lifeskill and other aspects)
Details:
The problem with this game in general is that there is no big achievement at the end of anything. For lifeskilling, for example, what is the end goal - to get your level up just so that it's a bigger number? I would like to suggest a kind of "end game" rewards, which would create a bigger sense of accomplishment for players and also stimulate them to pursue those achievements.
For example, special housing decor trophies for major achievements, like building a carrack, completing 100k quests, reaching Guru 50 and 100 in a lifeskill, etc. Titles for this, maybe unique pets. I realize the next one might just be a big dream and will not be done by PA, but why not have a special server or region Hall of Fame that is accessible for all players, where those with such glorious achievements will be able to display their trophies, with their name above them.

they dont want that cuz ppl feel that too good items become mandatory and thus they have to make the content good and well, that costs money.

I completely agree! Having special housing decor trophies for completing major milestones — like finishing a region's Main Quest, building a Carrack, reaching high lifeskill levels, or crafting treasures — would be an amazing motivator. 🏆
It would give players a tangible reward for their hard work and dedication, beyond just a title or number.
A trophy room would not only let us celebrate our personal achievements, but also flex a little for our friends and guildmates who visit.
We already have the treasure item furniture, so expanding that concept to more aspects of the game would feel natural and add a lot more long-term goals for different playstyles.
I would love to see a true "Hall of Fame" idea implemented, too — it would give real meaning to all the time and effort players invest!

Unless you are part of the exclusive club of top-tier pvp guilds (which most players will not join) Voltarion takes years to obtain. As I understand it that's the core problem with Voltarion. While we have various accomplishment items (manor decoration from guru 1 skills, Nouverkaint, La Orzecka), we could indeed use more such items, and it's better to have treasures come from accomplishments rather than be RNG-gated.

They could as well reward an underwear selection box, thats how suitable the Voltarion is as pvp reward.

No kidding, there's no such thing as a "PvP horse" now because they killed mounted combat.
