It’s crazy how Black Desert Online can feel like one of the best MMOs, yet one of the worst at the same time. Here are some suggestions to improve a few areas and reduce frustration:

• Node War Duration: NW is currently limited to 1 hour. Increasing the duration to 90 minutes would greatly benefit the flow of battles.

• Building/FT Upgrades: Structures and forts should be instantly upgraded at the start of NW, so players aren't forced to wait 5 minutes before fighting.

• Current Meta Issues: The meta is in a poor state — players are struggling to reach even 1,000 points in Guild League. Succession Zerker is nearly unkillable, even under Misty buff, while most other classes are non-viable in competitive play.

• 6 DR Zerkers: 6 DR Dawn Crystals Zerker setups are overwhelming. While capping crystals could be a potential fix, they would likely just swap to Cadry ring. Please explore other solutions, as this is heavily impacting Guild League and uncapped NW, rendering some classes unplayable.

• Striker/Mystic Balance: Strikers and Mystics are almost unkillable with just 1 Centaurus crystal while being able to eliminate 85% of the classes. The only ones able to contest them are other Strikers, Shais, and high-DP Zerkers.

• PvE Buff Control: PvE guilds locking entire nodes for buffs is negatively impacting PvP balance. While I understand the importance of these buffs for grinding, fishing, and life skilling, perhaps consider adding similar buffs through other content, such as dungeon or Sangoon (e.g., C8 = 15 monster buff, C9 = 200, C10 = 25).

• Node War Reward System: Current rewards have incentivized players to avoid fights and play passively. Increasing participation rewards or adjusting reward structures would encourage more active engagement.

• Vacuum Mechanics: Since vacuum effects won't be removed, please consider shortening the duration or treating it as a CC for balance purposes.

• Dungeon Rewards: The rewards for the first three dungeon levels are extremely underwhelming. It's frustrating that C8 Sangoon offers better rewards with less time investment. Buff dungeon rewards or allow them to consume Agris again with meaningful rewards to make them worthwhile.
  Possible improvements: remove outdated loot (Tungrad rings/earrings, Basilisk belts, Crescents) and replace them with Cron bundles, gold bar bundles, or seals that can be exchanged for useful items.

• Shai E-Buff Animation: The animation for Shai’s E-buff is too slow. Please consider speeding it up.

• Stable Recovery: Horses should automatically recover HP and stamina while in the stable.

• Kharazad Accessories: Allow players to "heat" Kharazad accessories. Many players obtain a PEN earring/ring before moving to PEN Debo gear, leaving expensive gear useless.

• Party Black Shrine Rewards: Party Black Shrine rewards seem significantly lower than before. A review of the reward balance would be appreciated.

• PvP Balance: Continued PvP balance changes are needed. Great job with the Nova changes (W PA), but please prioritize Hashashin next.

  Mobility Grind Spots: Bring back grinding spots that require mobility, such as the old Olun’s Valley. Additionally, increase the silver-per-hour value of these spots, especially since key items like crystals in Dehkia oluns 2 are no longer selling reliably. This would help diversify grind spot choices and reward skillful, fast-paced gameplay.

They mentioned Edania at the Hidel Ball 2024, and only today, almost a year later, we finally received a few seconds of a trailer. This likely means they might talk about it again at the Hidel Ball 2025, with a possible release in Korea around August–September at best, and in other regions 1–2 months later. It feels like we are getting major updates only once every 1.5 years. 

I was hoping for the 100-floor tower to be released by the end of 2024 or at least before the Hidel Ball 2025. However, they haven't even mentioned this content yet. It gives the impression that only two or three developers are  working on BDO at this point.

With the current state of the PvP system, however, there is a concern that Edania might struggle at launch. Many players have already pointed out to the developers that the PvP issues need to be addressed first — particularly the dominance of god-mode DR builds and the lack of balance between classes. Unfortunately, it feels like this feedback has not been taken into consideration.

Additionally, the most recent PvE balance changes were surprising, as they nerfed weaker classes and further boosted the already top-performing ones.

It's difficult to see how the game can thrive when such decisions are made.

we moved from darkseeker to orzekea "we" ppl with over 350k gear and pvp locked buffs

pig is borderline useless cuz you need a specific class and tons of gear.

c10 pig, well idk i liked sangoon more, pig has too much CC, too many dmg procs, too many unclear hitboxes and annoying bugs.

Agree with most stuff in the post. Carpet Builds are cringe af. Also add Awa Sage to the list for PVP changes. 

First time Zerroo is making sense.. like ever.

Shai can't contest strikers unless you mean full meme builds. We still do the lowest dmg Vs them than any other class. Misty haze barely makes it possible on a semi-gearlet using full ap builds.
