[UI] Let us see all Cooldown Slots while editing Skills.

Suggestion: Right now it is impossible to see Skill Cooldown Slots that don't have a Skill assigned while moving skills around. You only seem them when you use "Edit UI".
As the title states, please let us actually see the Cooldown Slots while editing the assigned skills.
