They throw WAY too much information at people in a very cluttered, far too busy format and want to act confused and innocent when lots of people miss big things like this? No, that's not okay. Their communication really sucks. A pop-up clicky should have been forced on people to acknowedge they were being deleted because that is a HUGE change.

Not really. The important in-game messages are done through the chat and are usually the SAME message... repeated... OVER and OVER and OVER and OVER for months.
The only "cluttered" and "busy" messages are the banner like messages from guild or server about failed/successful enhamcements or posted central market items or treasures being found or world bosses appearing. These messages have never been game-changing things.
The communication doesn't suck. Some people just suck at listening/reading/observing.
I really think that even if there was some sort of pop-up clicky forcing people to acknowledge an upcoming change, the ones that complain about these kind of changes would probably "acknowledge" it by clicking it and not even READ it. Some of ya'll are the ones that R-click through the ENTIRE game... they may "play" the game but have absolutely no idea about the story or lore of the characters and world.
This is the same issue I've had as a teacher with students. I can FEEEEEL the GMs and Developers eyes roll to the back of their head.

If they didn't see the yellow warnings on their screen, maybe these players are not THAT loyal ? XD
Come on, there has been a lot of warnings, if people managed not to see them, even a pop-up clicky would have been clicked blindly.
