Loyalties rewards removed since update

In the challenges system we had Loyalties rewards for playing the game but since the revamp they removed them making those incentives gone.

That's exaclty what they said would happen:
Please note that any unspent loyalties along with any items or Challenges(Y) that include loyalties will be deleted.

That has nothing to do with what OP posted. OP is talking about the removal of the challenges that rewarded loyalties. They removed a bunch of the sources of loyalties to give more value to the loyalties you buy with pearls.
