Leaving this Feedback of concern, i will not be engaging in post (e.g. Replies to comments - do that on my video if you really need too)
Video relates to Issue with RBF team balancing and patterns found relating to account. As I’m not the only one to notice this issue, I will raise it as i have the means

Oh. When did this happen? You do realize that's a code word for "we don't read these anymore" ?
No CM is going to watch a youtube video when compliling their feedback and hot topic volume sheets except when they're trudging youtube itself.
Please point me to where they say that because that's 100% proof that anything we post here is wasted effort and they don't listen to our feedback.

I think you're taking RBFs too seriously, is a casual gamemode let it stay that way, people is already going nuts on the competitive modes.
You seem like a curious individual xD. I find the video hard to watch is a bit cluttered and confusing.
