Awakening

1. New 'Detonation' Mechanic: 

  • Implement a detonation interaction for the following skills:

  • -Sahee's Descent 

  • Mark of the Moon

  • Or allow range Detonation with -Soul Shower, -Blooming death, -Soul Shock and -Rivers End.

River's End-

  • Give FULL Front Guard protection till the end of the skill. it's so risky and now with the sped up animation, the protection is even shorter.

AP Buff Rollback- /

  • Roll back the AP buff from Netherstrike to Netherblast, as F is now crucial for movement and not damage.

  • Many players prefer the AP buff on Netherblast for convenience. Suggest either reverting it or adding it to both Netherblast and Soul Cleanse alongside Netherstrike.

  • Fix the randomized detonation time.

  • Consider moving the detonation mechanic to Soul Shower, Shock, or Rivers End for ranged detonation. If range detection is an issue, make Lure detonate on the first hit of Life Lure.

Core Options: 

  • Give a core that offers floating, bound CC with Perilous Waltz and another core for Blooming Death SA.

  • - Core: Netherstrike can provide Knockdown

  • - Core: Soul Shower can offer Stun

  • - Core: Netherblast remains the defensive option with extended CC

  • - Core: Mark of the Moon can offer Stun

  • - Core: Sahee's Descent offers Bound on the 3rd hit but I think nobody really uses this since the CC is on the final hit which is difficult to land. Suggestion is to turn it into a Stiffen or Stun CC on the 1st hit as well as Bound on the 3rd hit.

  • - NEW Core: Moonlit Blast adds Float on the final hit.

Blood Sari Flower-

  • Revamp Blood Sari Flower by adding SA protections and adjusting the heal mechanic for a burst effect or a unique buff for 10% increased resources, as the current HoT effect feels outdated.

  • For additional utility, consider granting nearby allies a DP buff or Evasion buff, or Movementspeed Buff, or even dramatically increasing it's healing factor, either through improving the healing recovery stat or adding a direct burst heal to reinforce its support role and make it a more rewarding skill to cast.
  • A new mechanic that would make it more unique and inline with the lore of Bloodsari Flowers could be to add a buff to allies that increases healing taken from all sources by 10-20% similar to how Scholar's debuff reduces healing taken from all sources.
  • Revamp Animation to be faster, or change animation altogether.

Soul Cleanse - – Protection Change:

  • The recent addition of an iframe and increased cooldown to Soul Cleanse has introduced some awkwardness in both PvP and PvE scenarios.

    While the added iframe does offer extra defensive value, the small unprotected window during the attack animation still makes the skill risky to use in melee range or in desync-prone situations. Since Soul Cleanse previously had no protection, I was already accustomed to using it from a safe distance—so the iframe sees less practical use outside of mitigating long-range poke.

    In PvE, Soul Cleanse only gains its no-collision property when used off cooldown, and I often relied on it as a substitute for lateral movement. The increased 5-second cooldown has disrupted that flow and made the skill feel noticeably clunkier to use. When trying to utilize the PvE iframe, it’s common to end up stuck on the mobs due to collision when on cooldown, which can put you in a dangerous position instead of providing a clean reposition.

  • Suggestion: Consider reverting the cooldown to its original 3 seconds to restore its fluidity and effectiveness in PvE scenarios. If making the skill a full iframe isn't feasible, an alternative could be to grant it Super Armor with no unprotected gap, along with a PvE-only iframe. This would offer a more consistent and reliable defensive option while maintaining balance in PvP

Succession:

6. Succesoin Kit-

  • Increase damage as it’s perceived as too low by the community.
  • Buff Damage to Succession Woosa by : 5% to 15% increase to succession kit 
  • Reason:
    C skills should deal WAY more damage Storm fall and Cloudrise should deal way more damage as they're really slow.
    Succession Woosa's biggest handicap is lacking in casting speed and CD being way too high.
    We have three 9s CDs, one 10s and one 12s. It is way too much when you barely use like 8/9 skills If they don't fix CDs or and casting speed, then we should get damage in basically the whole kit

  • 5-10% Casting buff or increase casting speed of her prime wingbeat skill Prime storm fall, and Prime Cloudrise.

Succ woosa Passive Rain DPS-

  • increase damage by 50%

    • DPS is 8395.2%/second. 1763%*10 hits. Total time is around 2.1sec for all 10 hits. Crit rate is not considered here.

    • Reason: If rain gets a 50% damage increase, DPS will be around 12592.8%, quite similar to one skill. Getting this damage filler will make her so much better without being too OP because summon damage only inherits some stats.

      I'm using modifier % for DPS. - Lam

General Woosa changes:

  • Make the Rabam, Spring Blossom cancallable, currently has a long animation.

  • Prevent Sagoonja Chysanth to not be camera locked when casting it after flitting step.

  • make butterfly step i-frame on intial cast to prevent dying during the SA leap animation.

  • Butterfly Step: Increase jump height to match succession variants and fix fall damage issue during the descend animation.

  • Magnus skill is underwhelming.

    • Currently skill has a gap from SA> FG when moving back, and no protection when hitting the enemy.

    • Add FG to the Thundercall animation and speed up the casting speed of the magnus.

Bugs:

Magnus skill when learned even if locked causes fandown to be unable to be used with S+RMB.

Life Lure:

Fix the randomized detonation time and either move the detonation mechanic from Moonlit Blast to Soul Shower or Soul Shock/River's End, if that's not possible due to range detection being coded, at least make it so that the first hit of Moonlit detonates flowers.

I really hope we don't get neglected like last year, I don't think anyone really cares that we could do with some buffs because people who don't even play Woosa are constantly calling her top tier etc. when she's been slowly falling off for a while, especially Succession lol.

Of all of these, I am especially hoping for:


Both Specs

Casting speed!!!
Both specs are in need of casting speed, I don't see why they give casting speed buffs to classes that don't even need it but Woosa doesn't get anything that fixes how sluggish her kit feels without BSR.


Awakening
Bloodsari Flower -

This skill is so pretty, but the animation alone means it's not worth using. I'm really hoping for a way to cancel the animation and an update to its effects to make it worth using for both solo and group content in PvX.

Crit Rate Buff Reinstation: Soul Cleanse -
This crit rate removal was really devastating for me, I loved using preawakening skills it added so much depth to the class but since the crit rate removal Booksa has lost one of her best skills: Absolute: Chrysanth -because the crit is too unreliable. I would like to see some critical hit rate somewhere to help the preawakening skills be useful again.

Butterfly Step Fix -

It is SO annoying that Awk Woosa can't even get over a rock or wall shorter than she is with Shift + Space and there's nothing in-game stating why Butterfly Step changes in Awakening state. I'd like to see the initial height be the same as Succession minimum.
Life Lure Fix -
Please fix the randomized detonation at the very least even if the class gets no real buffs for a while...

AP Buff: Netherstrike - -> Netherblast -

This had mixed reactions from the Woosa community, I don't totally hate the change but Netherstrike is inconvenient to have AP on because it is so critical for movement and swapping back to awakening from preawakening. A second option for the AP buff would be ideal.

Mark of the Moon Rework (again)

It's so sad that it kinda sucks even with the rework, I still hardly use it. Some more changes would be great.

Succession

Prime: Quiet Waters

Unfortunately, I HIGHLY doubt they will give us our triple stack DP debuff back, but we need something like this - more significant than the previous small buff to stop us just slipping down to average over time which would be a real shame considering she was really good before the big nerf. People still think she's amazing now and she's really not, she's just a bit above average and will only fall behind if she gets ignored for a long period again.

General Cooldown Reduction

IF we got a casting speed buff, we would desperately need cd reduction on Sangoonja skills primarily (i.e., Chrysanth - Bamboo - Orchid - Plum - ) otherwise we are going to be forced to do a ton of bad filler skills. Right now it's just about tolerable but still feels kinda bad cd wise with BSR.

Storm Bolt: Greater Usage -

Such a great skill but with it being completely locked behind the full cast of Cloudrise - we don't get to use it as much as we would like. As Rosie said, we'd like to be able to use it after cloud summoning skills like Thunderstroke - and Cloudcarve -


Again these are just my personal thoughts for what I'm hoping for the most to try to get other people to talk about Woosa but these are great suggestions for the class :D

All i am gonna say here is awakening only ,idk much aboout succ.So staring with detonating the traps from range that is a very good point and a very feasible chage,making  Moonlight Blast detonate the traps was a nice try but by playing the class i have realised that its pretty much pointless nice you basecelly need to stand on them and an oponent needs to be close enough at which point  the traps (especially from Seocheon Field) would activate on their own so it doesnt really matter if anythign it might even be worst the way it is now because you cannot use moonlight blast as a "waiting" SA for someone to try aproach you.So having soul shower and its flow activate them would be very nice,and i am thinking those skills specifically and not Boolimg death or Rivers End becuase this last 2 would create all kind of weird instant reCC shenaningans.As for adding protection to Rivers End ,Bloom Deluge those would be abvously very good but i woudl argue we dont really need those it woudl be just free proteced CC maybe a little too broken,as for sould cleans being rpotced at the end too I would think that its almost needed evne if they remove the Knockbakc from it.Ap buff from netherstrike ot netherblast idk why people want this,in my opinion its optiomas as it on netherstrike.SOmething needs to be done to Blooodsare Flowers fro sure.I would say just make it either much faster or SA and maybe give it some better MP recovery at least if they dotn wanna make it a tooo good buff by makign actually heal.For cores bth only change that would make a world of difference would be SA on Netherblast.And i woudl still like them to speed up Mark of the MOon and Sahee's Descent or give us a  15-20% cast speed buff.
