his DMG is so low compared to this succession , he can be grapped while doing his super man her landing move, his sustain in awakening is bad, only thing good about SAGE awakening is his cool animation effects thats it, if you are making movie and character animation for sage class you get 100% apporval from your viewers, but in game 0
issue here is his succession damage is too high, its not that awak is low, if we gonna be honest :p
I keep hearing that Sage awakening has bad sustain, but I have yet to need any pots. I dont even carry mana pots and i have no mana skill addons. So, why do I keep seeing people say this? Even in areas that have harder hitting mobs, Lightning prison gives enough hp regen to keep me full when i do get hit.

You grinding Elvia Orcs yet? If you're in 260ap or less zones not bad, but second you get to Turos or Orcs it's noticeably different. Almost every Awakening skill is needed to kill packs, and damaging skills, unless canceled (reducing hits) have long animations...being mostly SA, you're bound to need pots at spots where they hit harder and take more damage because of the longer animations and canceling which is mandatory to not take too much damage, doesn't apply all hits. A 15% PVE damage buff for Awakening would be enough to put him on par with Succ imho. That alone would relieve the need for more HP regen as canceling out of skills wouldn't be as detrimental as it currently is to apply all hits.

yes, sage succ damage has to be nerfed, everyone knows it.
everyone complained about sorc who needs 2 full combos to kill anyone, while this class has iframes that last 10 times longer and literally one-shots high end geared people.

Yeah this is new as of today, and shit honestly.
Edit: Patchnotes 04/28 Shock Relay - Improved the skill so that it can now be used while on cooldown.
AND they had to do this bc in end game spots, you had to swap to Pre to kill b/c ALL your skills would be on cooldown at each pack requiring you to reuse multiple skills, most of which specifically flow off this skill...which as of yesterday and prior, was not usable during CD reducing the amount of damage you could deal speed wise and overall, considerably. So I hope they revisit this. As it's kinda pathetic quick fix.
