1 Free roll per day is not enough.

We barley get any profit from it and the rare item is too hard to get as it is.

My suggestion is to add more free rolls like 3 or 5 and also make the rolls go per nod.

This way we have higher chances to get the rare item.

I think you might be missing the point of the Royal Workshop? Your focus is on the wrong items of the system.

From what I can tell by your suggestion, you're looking at the last 3 items: 1) the rare mat for the 98mil item 2) the Yellow Food Buff 3) Orange Food Buff.

Where I think you fail to realize, is all 4 Production nodes make trade items more valuable than most trade crates. Each one of these if you micro manage them properly can near 24/7 produce a trade item with over 200,000 silver. But let's take an actual example:

Buncheong Bottle - sells for 301,220 silver (on the item). Now look at it through my Master 28 Trade level: 1,084,392 silver whern Traded past Altinova (150% money bonus cap). 

But there is something even more powerful about this. We can trade these items in Arehaza, for the 202% Trade distance bonus. Meaning more EXP per trade. Plus the bigger kicker, they can be moved though Magnus. So these act like fish, allowing you to move these without the hassle of Trade shipments. 

The items I mentioned are bonus, not the core focus on this. If you aren't working on this to min / max the trade items, you're losing out on what this shop is designed to do. 

100% I can agree, another refresh would be good, but not for your reasons. Easily tie it to beating the full Seoul story, so someone like me, who HATES this region with a passion, will go do the stupid story. But I do suggest looking at actually using the shop for passive income, not big OP buffs and large silver clicks. Why I say is because some days, all items just suck, so that one other would help maybe get at least one item you need. NOT to try to roll the rare items you seek. - Those should be rare, should be a bonus, not the driving force of the shop. 

Look to do these:

- Military: Green Manure Fertilizer
- Libraries: Tuho > Hwamunseok > Shield Kite
- Hall: White Hwanghae Porcelain Bottle > Gilded Lacquer Chest
- Kitchen: Buncheong Ware > Celadon Bottle

Keep your workshops working as much as you can on the items needed to craft those and rotate them as you run out of materials and the Royal Workshop is a far better system. 

Royal workshop just feels too demanding for what it offers, so I think that's why it seems most players only go for the food buffs. With all of the micromanagement I need to do to keep the workshop rolling, I can just invest in noc ore and rough jade, hire workers in Valencia, process when I'm cooking or cleaning and then send the crate off to Seoul. Never compared the CP costs between the two methods (especially the way I do snowfield jade crates), just one was a clear winner for me in terms of neediness.

I just hope royal workshops was not PA's solution to reworking the [land] trading system. Anyway, +1 upvote for more free workshop re-rolls.
