Remove the Season Server Level Cap

What level cap? The only requirements to enter a season server is to have a season char.

Its capped at 63? As of last week.
Though by the time you are 63 you should've easily done all the season quests etc...

Yes, you can only level up to 63.99 on season servers. But this only means, you can't get any more xp and if you don't go to a normal server and get the last 0.01% you still can enter the season servers.
Also OP only has one char and this char is level 61, so It's far away from 63.99!

A cap means you can't go beyond it, and why would you have to die to stay under it? What season quest requires you to be under level 64?

and: I am 61 made it to 55 before doing any quests just from fishing, only have one character and still have 3/4 of the sesaon quests to do, I get about .010% XP just from killing grass beetles from my farms. So will certainly be 63.99 % before completeing the season unless I do nothing but season requirements..

The only quests you can only do with a season char (don't need to be on season server to do them) are the quests you get from Fughar and the tasks you need to do to complete the season pass.
Every other quest, you get from any other NPC are not season Quests!
And like I said, you don't need to be on a season server to do season quests. The only reasons to stay on a season server are the season equip enhancement items like the Time-filled Black Stones and Tuvala Ores, which only drop on season servers and the EXP Boost.
So, if you don't need the items and don't want the EXP Boost, you don't need to be on a season server.
Also, to get from 61 to 64 you need a lot more time as you needed to get from level 1 to 61.

Small correction: "Tuvala Ores" are no longer a thing, it's all time-filled stones now.
As for OP, "... certainly be 63.99 % before completeing the season ..." - report back here and let us know how that goes : )

I'm not sure what you mean by season quests. If you are talking about completing the season pass, that only needs level 60 and you're already past that.
