I dont know if its my bad luck but it seems captured horses now all have low level 1-10.

Yesterday I were able to catch lvl 16-20 ones every other time and few T7s and now its only T6 and low level.

Knowing PA and their sneaky hot patches to make sure we're not having too much fun I suspect they did hot patch to roll back horses.

What is your experience? Have you got any high level horses today?

Caught a T8 today, bunch of 15+.  People are going around just sniping the T8s and igoring the T6s, which is why you are seeing only T6s in the wild.

I guess my RNG got nuked somehow, over 20 T6s - all lvl 1-10. I know T7-8 are sniped but I'm concerned the T6s are low level which shouldn't happen. 

I saw nice wagon today, all 4 wild T8s, nice view :) I only managed to grab one T8 and few T7s yesterday but I haven't looked too hard, just bumped into them. 

btw one T7 in my stables- white one - has 4 breeds. I have no idea if it's from fresh catch or I bred her but at least we can confirm 4 breed females are there.
