Hi i am from KSA 

i wana know only if KSA player can play in EU servers 

i rememeber when i try to play the game when game got released EU servers was blocking me , but i try now and i enter game without any region block 

so i play little and i want to spend some money on game but am worried from getting ban in future cuz of region lock

so are KSA players allowed to play in EU servers?

Region locks have been mostly removed since PA is self publishing in all regions. While it is still recommended to play in the assigned region for your country (e.g. MENA in your case), many people tend to play outside of that. There generaly is not much of an issue with doing so, however you may struggle with payment methods, as some of them are not accepted in the EU shops, I cant give you much detail on how the interaction with KSA is though, since I have no idea about these payment systems. In addition, since it is somewhat in the grey zone, the GMs may not be able to assist with difficultiies with this access, though I dont know of anyone having experienced issues so far.

You can play, but are not insured against any issues that may happen in the future

how do you select different region on steam? since you say PA is self publishing who then forces people from Ukraine to play on russian servers with russian language only? is it PA?

few years ago Ukraine played on MENA with English and Turkish languages available. so is this PA who changed Ukrainian servers to russians during the ongoing war between those 2 countries?

For steam accounts, steam does the allocation for the suggested region depending on the steam wallet location. That is how some people end up getting sorted in the wrong region, but contacting steam makes it possible to change this allocation (though of course the current progress cannot be transferred between regions). As far as I know, Ukraine was always part of the russian speaking region, and efforts were made to convince PA to change that following the invasion by Russia, though unsuccessfully. However, should Ukrainian players wish to play on a different region, they can simply change their steam wallet location and contact Steam to change their region for the game (though it may be necessary to buy it again, depending on if they had already progressed on their previous region).

Otherwise, one can simply use the website account, and not have to bother with the automatic sorting done by steam.
