The current rate is far too low combined with the RNG for the items.

I have wandered the ocean for some time since the update and have not seen one of these, the spawn rate is far too rare. Further, these items should have a glowing beacon or similar it is hard to distinguish them from ocean clutter, they don't stand out enough.

They do have a glow, but you have the exact right graphic settings to see them clearly. I wouldn't expect much from PA though, they've abandoned these forums again, and hate for anything but grinding on land to make any money.

I found my 4th on yesterday. The rarity is too much considering the extreme RNG of the contents.

yay 300-500 crow coins for a gold key with a 1 debris in 10 hours of constant sailing to find, so worth the change.... /s
