Details: Allow gear inspection. Allow gear inspection via chat by right clicking and selecting correct option and by selecting correct option in the wheel while standing near player. The inspection window can look same as gear wheel while checking self gear.

To justify this: It's necessary in situations like doing team bosses/dungeons etc. together.

Thats a good idea, often people join parties knowing the dont meet the gear requirements and expect to be carried.
However for the sake of privacy one should be able to keep it private if they want to. This wouldnt interfere with the utility of the suggestion.

No its not necesery also if you need to check gear you can ask them to link their stuff to the chat.
