Why can we not get some life xp boost like they do for combat

Didn't even know that's a thing for Combat exp :O

I'd like to add that we get more craftable furniture from hunting that gives life bufferoos too. Seems a bit silly that hunting is a lifeskill mixed with combat yet only gives combat buffs for craftable furniture.
