Guild Manufacturies such as shaking table, chopping yard, flour mill, mixture tanks, drying furnaces, etc that would allow guild members to do extremely large batches of mass production.  Would need to be active guild member with active guild contract to use.  Would allow guild members to process large amounts of materials, come together as a group, work together to upgrade guild manor, etc.  Would be looking at 5k-10k batches per time or more.
