Bump. :D
Bump because BDO remastered in 2021 looks worse than TES4 Oblivion from 2006.
Oblivion, such a wonderful game that was (and still is!). Cute dragon pet by the way. Okay, back to the topic...
I believe (hope) PA are aware of this bug, as I assume they're referring to it in their [Notice] Known Issues announcements where they state:
"We are aware of the issue where the background terrain appears abnormal when the direction of the camera changes."

Frostdragon /bestdragon/
That's been on the Known Issues list at least since March.
Still broken ಠ_ಠ
The problem is still unsolved :\
This problem with the game is still persisting. The image below is looking north from Kzarka Shrine in Southern Calpheon. It's such a shame that such a beautiful game is largely a visual mess at the moment, I hope the bugs are acknowledged and fixed soon.
It's all so tiresome.
I think they could fix a lot of problems, if they would just add simply more adjustable graphics settings in the game. So that you can adjust your own favour of distance LOD, distance shadows, anisotropic filtering and more...
At the moment we are very very limited to adjust graphics settings, any other role-play-game in the year 2014/2015 had massive options for graphics, even shooters or any other game. But BDO, you got only one slider or button for the whole graphics. Very disappointing to me until now.
