Suggestion(s)/Comment(s): It'd allow people unable to or unwilling to find two other people to grind the spot for those that want to.
Details: Just as Turos was turned into a solo spot, I think that regular none dehkia Oluns should be given the same treatment. This will allow those who want to grind for Knowledge and the Rich Merchant's Ring piece to do so without being forced into finding groups or being outright excluded from being able to obtain these things due to times played etc, this would also follow the pattern for all the other pieces which are solo only too then. As per my suggestion, this would be for normal oluns only, the least used of the Oluns spots so that people who do want to group grind still can do so at the relevant Dehkia spots, this change is purely to accomdate those who cannot group up the oppurtunity to obtain these otherwise unobtainable items.
Another option would be to restore 70% cap to normal oluns, that would have a similar effect.
The only hard part of obtaining the Rich Merchant's Ring is finding 2 other human beings to AFK next to you for 200 hours. Like congratulations, you're either a streamer or have enough willpower to socialize for those 200 hours, you truly deserve to be handed the piece for AFKing for 200 hours hitting rocks with 360 AOEs. This makes absolutely no sense and it's about time all 3 versions of Oluns become solo grind spots, especially now that even Dehkia 2 is irrelevant silver per hour. I'm all for group grinds, just don't gate treasure items behind them. Make the same mandatory change you've made to Padix Island sooner than later.

Build a shai and use group finder. Use your 1 energy button to speed it up, advertise in alliance chat, use friends list. Shai is taggable and PEN sol is easy to build with all of the 300FS giveaways.
Have your compass ready and all elixirs ready (you) to speed the uptime of your group(s). Be grateful if you can build your own static of new friends.
Understand shai pre pulling, calling out when to much dps exists after 3ish arm fails and use horses to speed up the entire rotation during large gaps(ie golem 12->13, the plateau, 17 -> 1). If you understand berserker prepulling, nuke, or whatever is new and hip with grindzone meta, great your steps ahead of the average group.
Take responsibility (you) for: your group when a player disconnect occurs, prevent excess communication of elixir setup, scout for short rotation before start, big pvp cuz green buff hard swappers, avoid arsha due to pvp roamers (inconsistency if anyone dies at all) understanding elixir refresh timing, or someone wants to be a min maxer and grace your presence with their XXXgs. Tolerate the min maxers ego for 1hr, they will disappear and you can move about your day.
Understand a min maxer(me, hi) is a minority and will push players even if they are not deep sea perfume spamming or taking deaths on night golem 14 + 15 because they dont understand flat damage increases for monsters during night. Average oluns group is gonna get 68-76 golems, not 104.
This topic contradicts players who wanted "group zones" but cannot appreciate taking a leadership role for your new friends you just haven't made yet.

I main Shai, this is a terrible solution.
Every single piece besides the Oluns piece is solo, to have ZERO option to obtain the final piece without being forced into a party is ludicrous. Treasures should not be locked/forced behind a party and to claim BDO is an MMO is a bit of a farce as it's in name only. BDO is the most anti-party/grouping MMO to exist and anyone who's actually tried to consistently play with others will tell you the same, you can't even quest together so to claim that as a reason for a treasure piece being locked to a party spot is just outright silly.
This is to mention nothing of the fact that you also shouldn't be forced or obligated into playing a singular class to group up consistently and easily, that just proves the point further of how terrible grouping is within the game and why the option for a solo Oluns option is needed for those that wish to go for it.
Before 5% cap, people could tolerate solo oluns. Now with 5% cap, it's unworkable. Yet another way 5% cap has harmed bdo.

Most players who want group content in BDO aren't asking for specific loot to be locked behind it, they just want to play with gaming friends they already have. If this is how you view things, how did you end up playing BDO? Most other MMO's lock things behind group or raid content. One of BDO's best feature's was most of it doesn't and never did. BDO doesn't need to be like other MMO's.
Also the original way to get the ring (which they said will still remain possible in game when they added it to monster loot tables) was all a solo endeavor to begin with, the problem was the avg time to do it was like 16k hours at the time.

Look, sorry to break it to you, but some people do not want to lose their life to get an essentially pointless item anyways. Games should be fun, while you turn in into nightmare galleys and you like to call this minmaxing in an elitist way. Well, let's put this level of annoyance into everything in the game. I am sure you will enjoy your ring so much when 500 people remain on your server. You are acting all clever, while your view is deeply short-sighted.
i dont know for how many years i have been begging PA to make oluns piece solo (at least somewhere). but every time "I want muh party spots" and downvoted.
