harmony draughts doesnt have all resistance that everyone need to wear 2 crystal resistance just to hit 100% resistance , you can hit 100% with elixir rotation coz you can pop them individually, The Corruted Breath are item you get on Calpheon Elvia that been ignore for a long time coz you can only use it on Frenzy draught which lets be honest majority of players use harmony draughts now so is already existing in the game just needed to add it all to all Draughts same thing to Starlit Jade's Breath you simple alchemy it to Spirit perfume to get 5 monster AP why not add it to all perfumes its already in the game

Not exactly sure what you mean, because 8% resistance from one elixir isn't going to replace the 2 crystals anyway. So adding 8% resist to a harmony by adding all the other stuff means you'll still be using 2 crystals.

Because  you can wear 2 crystal of this and + adamantine will give you 45% now you will be missing 65 more % which vells heart 2% thats gives you 47% , Girin tear 3% so thats 50% Helmet 5%all resistance , villa buff 10% , Sub weapon 10%  Character base resistance 20% so 95% so you will be missing 5% you can throw 2 dark red fang armor which give you 2% resistance each now you gonna sacrifice AP just for that and still put you on 99%. So having this elixir which give you 8% resistance will help you save up crystal slots to help new player / veteran players for more crystal option on their slots offensive / defensive coz you taking off the other resistance crystal just to push to 100% and the elixir itself already in game. 

villa buff = 10% crystals = 50% girin = 3% vell = 2% helmet = 5% offhand = 10% base char = 20%

10+50+3+2+5+10+20 = 100%

now imagine taking off 1 of the crystal coz you can wear now the Crystal of Stalwart Fortitude / Dogged Patience / Unyeilding Spirit which give 5AP and 5Monster and 10% resistance which a lot of players use 2 of them anyway since they give AP AND Monster DR that help for PVE. So having that Resistance on harmony will help you to take one of resistance crystal. This is for min maxing which already in the game anyway just need to add it.
