Core Vision
Unify all combat activities — PvE grinding and PvP tournaments — under a single reward framework where everything earned converts into Guild Tokens.
Every player accesses the same Guild Shop, while higher ranks enjoy slightly stronger RNG boxes, reflecting progression without locking content.
Grind or fight → Rank Token → Guild Token → Guild Shop → RNG Box → Progress.

Mirrored Gear & Placement
When registering:

Example: Mirrored GS = 812 → you enter the A-Rank Tournament (800–859 GS).
All players in a bracket fight with the same stat cap — skill and strategy decide victory.

All players see the same list of items and prices, paid with Guild Tokens.
Only the RNG Reward Box differs per rank — same price, but scaling guaranteed value and better odds for bonus rares.

Every activity contributes to one living ecosystem —
skill, effort, and loyalty to your guild define how far you rise.
I've already addressed the points to this with you elsewhere, but most of this would be bad changes.
For starters, unifying *all* activity reward paths is a terrible idea, best kept to mobile games.
Removing passive agris regen ruins the game for people that only do 1 to 3 hours of grind per day, as they would now be forced to grind for x hours without it for it to recharge, per your suggestion.
Your criteria for endgame and veteran players is insane, and completely ignores lifeskillers.
Endgame at 850 or higher gearscore? That's sub 1% of the player base. 800 gearscore is sufficient for the first edania boss, which is the current endgame content. More realistically, endgame would be anyone 800 and above, and veterans would be anyone 700 or higher.
Your proposed guild token system is essentially just the guild activity metrics with new paint.
Adding rng boxes to a new unified loot menu would be horrid.
