storage in specific city useless?

if i can just move my items without needing to go to the city. is there a point of having invested cp in any other storage than grana and duvencrune? they have the best/cheapest storage with only 3 cp for 16 slots. duvencrune has 80 slots for 15cp and grana has 112 slots for 24 cp!

not sure what your talking about you can go to any city and get mats from any storage just like your maids can get mat from any storage

Sounds like you still need to do the main quest line "[Abyss One] The Magnus" - ?
Before that, we used the world map, clicked on a location with storage, and used the "Transport" button to send items between storage locations. Transport takes time, but it's still available in a pinch.

Investing CP in the storages of other cities (or even buying storage slots with pearls/money) makes sense, because eventually you will get way too many items for just two storages. You will likely not have to invest in ALL the other storages, but probably a few.
