All the spots of out gear layout have new best-in-slot pieces... Edana armor, Kharazad accessories, and sovereign weapons... The only thing without a NEW BiS piece is the alchemy stone. I'm thinking with the Edana part two, there will be some sort of new alchemy stone to get - most likely to give those few at the top that edge to take on whatever new mobs and bosses that will show up in that region. 

If they don't introduce it there, then it'll definitely come from that region down south of Eternal Winterland.
