Day Player limited LOML Bosses during the day?

I am a day player and have noticed PA has limited number of LOML Bosses? When origianlly added there were several oppurtunities to kill LOML Bosses, why the change?

PA recently rearranged boss timers. I'm not sure about other regions, but for NA server players living in North America, the bosses are still available in the daytime.
