I have completed quest for obtaining Essence of Ascent and i have upgraded acsesori to hex and armor to hex but weapon does not work for some reason it just shows me to upgrade it with Time-worn Black Stone.

Tuvala wepons i used from another character that completed season i even converted one tuvala wepon to my class tuvala wepon.

Make sure to put the essence of ascent - weapon into the enhancement inventory, if that did not happen automatically.
