IS it possible to change from NA region to EU because i moved to Europe Greece?

No, that is not possible. You cannot transfer the progress from one region to another. However, you can simply change the region in your launcher if you want to start over on an EU account. 

There's couple youtubers and streamers that play over vpn from na to eu and eu to na sometimes. That's only way to you keep playing on your na account sadly. Hope that Pearl Abyss makes account transfers possible for people that has actual proof of moving to different continent

That said, your NA account also exists in EU because that was the original publishing region.  You just don't have the same progress as you are on a different server.  I play on NA, but I have a character on EU because I joined some community events there several years ago.

Except for Korea and china (where a gaming account requires additional information), you can play on any region simply by downloading that regions launcher (and buying the game pass for each region). It is no longer locked to regions since PA self publishes everywhere (except China).
