Why isn't the game letting me enhance my pri tuvala weapon with time filled black stones ???

I have time filled black stones. I have them in my inventory. But the time filled black stones are Greyed out in enhancement menu. So why cant I enhance my tuvala weapon????

Move these to enhancement tab then try again
